FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method relates to vacuum-free production of thin conductor, semiconductor and dielectric films to be used in microelectronics, solar converters for production of sandwich coatings in machine building, construction, etc. In compliance with proposed method, initial substances are changed in nanopowders state. Produced nanopowders is introduced in ink suspension instead of the dye and fed to capillary located at a distance from the substrate. Electric field gradient is created between capillary and substrate sufficient for dispersion of ink suspension from capillary end by electric field forces.
EFFECT: uniform application of nano-sized initial substances on substrates that differ in geometrical shape and sizes.
