ROTATING MULTI-CLIP PLATFORM SYSTEMS OPERATING TOGETHER WITH MODULES OF ADHESIVE SEALING, ADHESIVE SEALING SYSTEMS AND RELATED DEVICES AND METHODS Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC B65B9/10 B65B51/04

Abstract RU 2493060 C2

FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: packaging system comprises a rotating platform with the plurality of clippers circumferentially spaced apart, actuated by compressed air. The platform is made with the ability of releasable, interchangeable mounting of two different sized clippers. Each location of clipping comprises the first and second air supply lines communicated to a source of pressurised air for actuating the respective clippers and made releasably connectable with the corresponding clipper. And at least one of the lines comprises a shutoff valve. The method of packaging the products using the packaging system described above comprises obtaining the user input in the display to select the desired product and/or formulation, electronic determining the operating parameters and longitudinal position of the platform, the automatic movement of the platform to a desired longitudinal position based on the selected product and/or formulation, obtaining the user input for the automatic approach of the drives of the film with the console. The method also comprises electronic monitoring of temperatures in the channel of adhesive flow and adjustment of temperatures of heating zones, the management of the nozzle for the adhesive in conjunction with the channel of its flow for self-cleaning and management of spraying or sprinkling of the lubricant on the chain or sprocket of the platform drive system. In the method also an automatic raising of the upper long edge of the overlapping layers of film by the lifting mechanism is carried out, electronic management of the nozzle for movement and delivery of the adhesive between the layers of the film, electrical connection to the operating system and/or the controller of the system from a remote panel using a computer network, an electronic synchronisation of the system actuators, including synchronisation of the film actuators, extruder and platform, and also the replacement of one or more bobbins with clips on the platform is carried out using a holder for inserting the bobbins detachably retaining the bobbins with clips so that the respective bobbins are in interacting alignment with the corresponding clipper on the platform.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides increased performance when using clippers different in size.
