SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an improved method of producing a compound of formula (VII) via condensation of a compound of formula (V) and an amino alcohol of formula (VI) while carrying out the reaction in dimethyl acetamide (DMA) in the presence of an oxide or hydroxide of an alkali or alkali-earth metal: where R is a linear or branched alkyl group containing 1-6 carbon atoms, optionally substituted with one or more hydroxyl substitutes, optionally in protected form, wherein said alkyl group can be one or more heteroatoms selected from O- and -NH-; R1 is a hydrogen atom or a group R; R2 is a linear or branched alkyl group containing 1-4 carbon atoms, substituted with at least one hydroxyl group; R3 is a hydrogen atom or a group R2.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain a product with high output and high purity.
