SUBSTANCE: method of diffusion titanising of cast iron products includes saturation of the surface with titanium upon heating to 1000-1100°C in contact with titanium oxide, exposure at this temperature during 2-4 hours with further quick cooling in hardening medium.
EFFECT: improving wear resistance and heat resistance of machines parts from grey cast iron.
