FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a chamber and a supply system equipped with at least one valve for serial injection of hydrogen and oxygen into the chamber. The chamber is partially filled with water. The combustion chamber ignites the mixture of hydrogen and oxygen in the chamber, which results in higher pressure and water movement in the chamber. Energy-receiving elements (EE) are built into the chamber to receive movement and pressure of water. EE may be made in the form of pistons equipped with electromagnets. EE may convert mechanical energy into hydraulic one. The chamber is equipped with a relief valve to discharge excessive water produced during burning. The method is described for energy conversion device operation, and also a system using such a device.
EFFECT: development of a closed system without gas emissions from the chamber.
