FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: method to model the process of propellant liquid component remains gasification in tanks of separating parts of the carrier-rocket stage, based on introduction of coolant into an experimental plant, provision of reaction conditions in the zone of coolant contact with the surface of the liquid gasified component of the propellant, measurements of temperature, pressure in different points of the experimental plant. Prior to coolant supply, pressure in the experimental plant is reduced down to 0.01 MPa via an electric pneumatic valve. A device is considered to model the process of propellant liquid component remains gasification in tanks of the separating part of the carrier-rocket stage, comprising an experimental plant in the form of a model tank, comprising a tray for a liquid component of the propellant, temperature sensors, pressure sensors, inlet and outlet nozzles, at the same time the experimental plant comprises a vacuum chamber, for development of lower absolute pressure of up to 0.01 MPa, with a controlled electric pneumatic valve and a gas analyser to identify percentage of gasified components of the propellant.
