FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: gas jet with the specified parameters is added to test unit. Valves 7, 11, 16-18 are closed in advance and all electric instruments are switched off. Heat carrier (HC) is delivered with compressor (3) through pipeline (25). Air is added to the receiver consisting of two bottles (2) through valves (8) and (10). After the required pressure is achieved in receiver (2), valves (7) and (11) are opened in sequence. HC enters mist separator (12). After that, HC flows through filtration system (13) that represents filter unit and safety air valve (14). After flow metre (15) HC is supplied to heater (4) the temperature of which is controlled by means of transformer (26). In order to reach the specified temperature, valve (16) is opened and HC is discharged through heat exchanger and open valve (17) to utilising exhaust nozzle. Outlet parameters of gasified liquid are controlled with temperature (22) and pressure (23) transmitters.
EFFECT: visual determination of time for full liquid gasification; easier realisation of experiments.
