FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: combustion device using plasma comprises a body of a combustion chamber, made as cylindrical and performing the function of a positive electrode, besides, onto the outer surface of the combustion chamber body there is a tube wound for supply of a fuel mixture in the form of a coil, and it is made as open at two sides, a rod performing the function of a negative electrode, installed at one open side of the combustion chamber body outside of it. There is a unit for DC supply to supply DC to the positive and negative electrodes, and a unit of a plasma flare comprising a tube of steam supply installed between the combustion chamber body and the negative electrode with the capability to supply stem from the unit of steam generation for formation of a high-temperature plasma flare inside the body of the combustion chamber.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase quality of combustion of a fuel mixture of water and spent technical oil.
