FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular, to field of pediatrics and rheumatology and can be used for screening diagnostics of connective tissue dysplasia (CTD) in children. Phenotypic traits are determined in children with detection of index of connective tissue dysplasia (ICTD) by formula: ICTD=A1+A2+A5+A6+A7+B1+B4·2+B5·3+B6·3+C1+C2+C7+C8+C9+D1+D3+D4+D5+E1 2 +E2·2+E4+F1-3+F2·3+F4+G1·3+G2·3+G5+H1·2+H2·2+H3·2, where A is data of anamnesis: A1 is slow healing of wounds and scars; A2 is pain in joints; A5 is sensation of air lack; A6 is undue fatiguability; A7 is easy bruising, nasal bleedings, hemorrhagic diathesis; B is general examination; B1 is body length exceeding 95 centiles; B4 is hernias, muscle diastases; B5 is asthenic physique; B6 is hypoplasia of musculature and adipose tissue; C is skin: C1 is atrophic striae, visible vascular net; C2 is hyperextensibility of skin; C7 is ecchymosis, positive pinch test; C8 is dry wrinkled skin; C9 is transverse folds on abdomen; D is head: D1 is dolichocephaly; D3 is long/short neck; D4 is anomalies of auricles; D5 is high/gothic palate; E is body: E1 -is chest deformation; E2 is scoliosis; E4 is thoracic kyphosis; F is face: F1 is widely/closely set eyes; F2 is eye pathology; F4 is skewness of chin; G is hands: G1 is joint hypermobility; G2 is long fingers, positive symptoms of thumb; G3 is short/crooked small fingers; H is legs: H1 is increase of foot length, flat foot; H2 is joint hypermobility; H3 is sandal foot. If ICTD value is 30-40, increased dysplastic stigmatisation is identified. Diagnostic points are determined in accordance with degree of manifestation from 0 to 3 for each sign.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of screening CTD diagnostics in children taking into account manifestation of phenotypic traits.
