FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of films of sheets in production of securities. Proposed plant comprises sheet-be-sheet feed section. Besides it includes film applicator to apply at least one continuous film on separated sheets. Laser cutter is arranged downstream of said film applicator to cut said continuous film by laser beam. It includes also the separate sheet discharge section. Said plant additionally comprises waste removal device to grip and retain resides of film. Note here that said device comprises at least one retainer arranged nearby the surface of separate sheets parallel with separate sheet displacement direction to grip and retain film residues in cutting.
EFFECT: higher process automation.
