FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electromagnetic treatment of fluids in apparatuses with heat transfer surfaces. Fluid is fed via pipeline and subjected to electromagnetic field effects. Electromagnetic pulse generator is switched on. Even number of inductors is connected to generator outputs, each being composed of conductor coiled around pipeline. Prior to feeding the fluid into pipeline, sampling is performed and fluid samples are subjected to electromagnetic field effects at 0.2-100 kHz to select appropriate frequency band for particular fluid. After application of electromagnetic field effects, re-sampling is carried out to correct the frequency band. Proposed device comprises electromagnetic field generator with outputs, four inductors connected to generator outputs, each being composed of conductor coiled around pipeline. In compliance with the first version, this device is equipped with extra electromagnetic pulse generator. Said four pairs of inductors are divided into two equal groups. One of said group is arranged at inlet pipeline while second one is located at outlet pipeline. Note here that one ends of both said groups are connected to appropriate outputs of initial generator while opposite ends are connected to extra generator appropriate outputs. In compliance with second version, this device is equipped with two electromagnetic pulse generators and two extra pairs of inductors. Said pairs of inductors are divided into two equal groups. One group of inductors and two extra pair of inductors are arranged at inlet pipeline while second group of inductors and second extra pair of inductors are arranged at outlet pipeline. Note here that one ends of both said groups are connected to appropriate outputs of initial generator while opposite ends are connected to extra generator appropriate outputs. One ends of two extra pairs of inductors at inlet and outlet pipelines are connected to appropriate outputs of thirst generator while their opposite ends are electrically isolated at appropriate pipelines.

EFFECT: power chemicals savings, lower costs and corrosion of equipment.
