SUBSTANCE: gear wheel includes body (2) and gear rim with teeth (3) having working side (5) and non-working side (9) surfaces. Profile of working side surface (5) of each tooth is identical to design one for the same wheel. Profile of side non-working surface (9) is made in the form of radial plane passing along symmetry axis (7) of the tooth with both side surfaces identical to design ones for the same wheel.

EFFECT: optimising the design of the gear wheel and excluding losses at its production.
