FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: tooth-wheel consists of a body in the form of a disk with a hub and of a toothed rim with teeth. The outer disk diameter is equal to the outside diameter of the gear rim. The toothed rim is made in form of the profiled ring out of the strap with width equal to width of the toothed rim, external profile of the ring is identical to the design profile of the toothed rim for the given wheel. The ring by one end face is secured on the disk end face, and on the another end face of the ring and its internal surface along its internal diameter the radially oriented ring with L-shaped cross-section is secured, it is adjacent to the disk end face, with securing on it and having outside diameter equal to the diameter of circle of tops of the toothed rim.

EFFECT: optimised design of the tooth-wheel, lower costs of its manufacturing.
