FIELD: test engineering.
SUBSTANCE: pump with the electromotor is disposed in a suspended state; the abrasive material is supplied with the working fluid from the supply unit to the rotary pump. The tests are carried out at a pump rotational speed above its nominal speed, and the supply unit and the test pump are placed in a suspended state by means of flexible elements. The stand for hydroabrasive tests of immersible pumps comprises a drive mechanism in the form of an electromotor kinematically connected to the shaft of the test pump, a tank connected to the pump, the abrasive material supply unit, the fluid supply unit, the connecting piping, flow control unit and a system of measuring sensors. The electromotor, the supply unit and the test pump are placed in the suspended state by flexible elements fixed on the frame of the stand.
EFFECT: increased reliability and acceleration of tests.
