SUBSTANCE: what is used is sampling blood from children living under chemical contamination. That is followed by clinical laboratory blood examination for any detrimental compounds. Then, child's spleen ultrasound aims at evaluating the echostructure with using a sensor of frequency not less than 10 MHz. If hypoechogenic homogeneous rounded inclusions 0.3-1.0 mm spaced at 1.5-2 mm are found in an ultrasonic spleen section in a combination with the fact that the blood detrimental compound concentration exceeds the reference, the reactive changes of the specific immunity in children are diagnosed.

EFFECT: providing the informative, safe and accurate ultrasonic diagnostic technique being simple and available for wide use in practice at the same time.
