FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and immunology, and aims at identifying the unfavourable exposure of formaldehyde on the human body, namely on the cell immunity. The substance of the method: venous blood is sampled from the workers, measuring the formaldehyde concentration and lymphocyte count that are basic parameters of the T-cell immunity; that is followed by stating a criterion that shows the cell dysimmunity. Basic parameters of the T-cell immunity are a percentage of activated T-lymphocytes CD3+CD95+ and also a percentage of T-regulatory lymphocytes CD4+CD25+CD127-; the criterion is an integrated index equal to CD3+CD95+ /CD4+CD25+CD127- lymphocytes ratio. If the integrated index is 40 or more, the cell dysimmunity is diagnosed in the chemical workers exposed to formaldehyde.
EFFECT: using the invention provides the higher information value of the assessment of the xenobiotic (formaldehyde) exposure on the cell dysimmunity in the chemical workers' bodies.
