METHOD OF CORRECTING REPERFUSION TRAUMA OF ALLO-KIDNEY Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC A61B17/00 A61M1/34

Abstract RU 2494686 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery and transplantology, and can be used in kidney transplantation operation. For this purpose after inclusion of allo-kidney into blood flow extracorporal detoxication is carried out, as such selective sorption of cytokines is applied. Detoxication is performed for 6-8 hours from the moment of inclusion of allo-kidney into blood flow. Drug therapy is carried out simultaneously with the process of selective sorption. In the course of carrying out procedures control of concentration of anti-inflammation cytokines in blood before and after operation is carried out. After operation, at least, 3 measurements of concentration of cytokines in blood are made after each 4-6 hours. After registration of growth of concentration of cytokines in blood after operation in two successive measurements, increasing in 1.5 times and more value obtained before operation, session of selective sorption is repeated.

EFFECT: method ensures improvement of results of kidney transplantation due to reduction of reperfusion trauma, transplant immunogenicity, including early post-operative period, as well as allows supporting constant therapeutic concentration of preparations.
