FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Device for introduction of intrauterine system contains handle and tube for introduction, which has first end and second end, and is located in connection with handle. First end of tube for introduction contains, at least, one slot for framework for placement of intrauterine system framework. Handle has longitudinal hole, first end and second end, movable slider and piston. longitudinal hole is made on the first one and has longitudinal axis, located parallel to longitudinal axis of device for introduction. Movable slider is placed in said longitudinal hole and has first end and second end. Piston is fastened to handle. Second end of tube for introduction is fixed to slider. Set contains said device and intrauterine system. Intrauterine system contains therapeutic component and continuous closed framework. Therapeutic component is connected with framework in at least one point. Therapeutic component of intrauterine system is, at least, mainly placed inside first end of tube for introduction, with framework of intrauterine system being, at least, mainly placed outside first end of tube for introduction.
EFFECT: inventions ensure elimination of necessity to control threads and fix them manually in the course of introduction.
