FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to continuous-operation vibration mixers to be used in production of construction materials and construction for fabrication of polydisperse multicomponent materials. Said mixer comprises mixing chamber with material loading and discharge openings, vaned rotor and rotary drive. Vibrators are rigidly secured at the center of mixing chamber top and bottom parts. Cases of vibrators are composed of metallic corrugated shells that form truncated circles in vertical plane section over crimp peaks points. Disk with spring is secured inside bottom vibrator shell. Said spring is fitted in the barrel engaged with crank gear con-rod and pusher. Bottom vibrator disk is provided with four pushers engaged with con-rod of bottom gear. Top vibrator has the disk with spring fitted in barrel engaged with pusher and top vibrator con-rod. The spring is arranged between top and bottom vibrator cases.
EFFECT: intensified mixing.
