EXTRUDER REDUCTION GEAR Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC B29C47/08 B29C47/42 F16H1/22

Abstract RU 2494866 C2

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to extruder drive reduction gear. Reduction gear has technological section with several aligned shafts arranged in circle and output shafts are fixed coaxially with technological section shafts. Every output shaft has output driving gear. Adjacent output shafts have their output driving gears axially shifted to have different length between their end facing technological section and output driving gear. Output driving gears are engaged with sun gear while every sun gear is engaged with drive shaft. Drive shaft with sun shifted from technological section is composed of hollow torsion shaft while drive shaft with sun gear shifted to technological section is composed of coaxial inner torsion shaft fitted in hollow torsion shaft. Hollow torsion shaft and inner torsion shaft are arranged to compensate for torsion twist angle difference caused by different length of drive shafts.

EFFECT: higher efficiency.
