FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to extruder with body (1), at least two feed shafts (2, 3) with two crosswise mutually scraping sections of feed running in one direction in at least two body bores (11, 12). Said bores can be cylindrical or conical and their axes (15, 16) are located in parallel and at the angle to each other. Distance (A) between axes of both bores (11, 12) is larger than D/1.4142, D making the diameter of cylindrical bore or maximum diameter of conical bore. Clearance (a′) is arranged between body bores (11, 12) and outer diameter (DE) of feed shafts (2, 3). Every feed shaft (2, 3) has several feed sections (17a-d, 18a-d). Angular shift between at least two adjacent feed sections (17a, 17b, 18a, 18b) at appropriate feed shaft (2, 3) makes 180 degrees relative to each other. Centre (PM) of cross-section profile of every feed section (17a, 17b, 18a, 18b, etc.) relative to the centre BM of bores (11, 12) of the body and centre (DM) of rotation of feed shafts (2, 3) is located with eccentric shift.
EFFECT: higher quality of finished products, lower torque at load-bearing shafts.
