FIELD: extruder machine.

SUBSTANCE: result is achieved with the use of the multi-shaft extruding machine comprising a drive and a process part connected with it, which has auger-type beams positioned across the full circle between the exterior frame and the interior frame, which rotate in one direction and are parallel to the axis. The non-rotating beams are connected with conveyor worms which capable of interlocking arrangement , and with other elements. Furthermore, the exterior frame on the inside and the interior frame are fitted with parallel to the axis incurved circular segments which support the corresponding auger-type beam, with the material feed inlet on one side of the exterior frame and a material outlet. The drive has two groups of elements with similar composition, gear shafts positioned circumferentially, these shafts are actuated in diametric opposition radially from the inside and from the outside with the similar force and similar direction, and they are connected via sleeves to auger-type beams of the process part. The auger-type beams have the transfer length of 6 Da and the Da/Di ratio ranging from 1,5 to 1,93, where Da is the outer diameter and Di is the inner diameter of transfer auger, The tension of the torsion torque of the extruding machine is 50 Nm/cm. The process part end with is turned towards the drive has the first section with the length from 0,25 to 2 Da, which is tightly covered with the exterior frame and the inner frame and fitted with transfer augers, positioned with a minor gap between the flight of neighbouring augers. The second section with the length of 2-12 Da fitter with transfer augers is positioned closed to the first section. The augers are partially covered by the non-sealed exterior frame with the material feeding inlet with the maximum length of 6 Da. It is followed by the third section with the length of 1,25 Da, which is tightly covered by the exterior frame and fitted with transfer augers positioned with a minor gap between the flight of neighbouring augers. It is followed by the fourth section with the length of 1 Da, which has linearly positioned auger sections or cam disks during the formation of face surfaces and free radial clear opening in the pitch line on the outside within 1/4, more importantly 1/3 of the free transporting surface. .
