FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Proposed device converts working element rotation into linear motion of working rod to define the volume of work transferred to target working element. In compliance with the first version, proposed device comprises connection shaft, flexible element and detector. Both ends of flexible element are locked in lengthwise direction at supporting position as one side while flexible element mid section is supported by connection shaft as another side. Detector defines flexible element resilience to output said resilience as the amount of work. In compliance with second version, proposed device comprises working element engaged with working rod by connection shaft, moving element and flexible element. One side of flexible element rests on working element via thrust shaft. Working element is spaced in direction perpendicular to working rod axial line with respect to connection shaft. Moving element is secured at opposite side of flexible element and coupled with connection shaft to revolve therewith. Both ends of flexible element are locked in lengthwise direction at supporting position as one side while flexible element mid section is supported by connection shaft as another side. Flexible element is attached to resilience detector to output resilience as amount of work.
