SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Vehicle brake device has of the vehicle device has invalidation pressing area when brake pedal is pressed by driver. Brake device includes an input rod adapted to move forward and backward together with brake pedal pressing operation, and pedal pressing assembly, arranged to press input rod in a direction in which brake pedal returns, when pressing position of pedal is in invalidation pressing area. Pedal pressing assembly comprises an elastic body whose one end is connected to input rod and other end connected to a side member of vehicle body for transmitting an elastic force to input rod in a direction in which brake pedal is returned.
EFFECT: providing greater mobility in input shaft direction perpendicular to axis in vehicle braking device having a pressing invalidation area, even if there is an elastic body to generate a reaction force on pedals.
