SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid dispenser valve and fluid dispenser including cartridge, valve follower and valve seal. Cartridge has cylindrical body, channel extending through cartridge body, outlet opening 69 and alternating inlet passages extending through body sidewall for channel crossing. Valve follower has elongated body sliding inside said channel, neck and seal channel embracing elongated case. Valve seal is fitted in seal channel. Valve follower slides in said channel to displace seal channel by inlet passages. Cartridge body parts between inlet passages retain the seal inside seal channel while inlet passages are open toward the neck. In compliance with one version, inlet passages make a toothed edge. In compliance with another version, inlet passages make the end with holes.

EFFECT: accurate dispensing that rules out leaks.
