FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a manual dosing unit for compressed fluid medium. The dosing unit comprises a platform with a dead-ended valve channel passing into the platform, a channel for high-pressure fluid medium passing through the platform centre to cross the dead-ended valve channel, a channel for low-pressure fluid medium passing tangentially from the dead-ended valve channel, and a releasing channel passing into the platform past the channel for low-pressure fluid medium. A valve inside the dead-ended valve channel is connected to the compressed fluid medium to regulate the compressed fluid medium flow through the device. A flow meter is installed in the compressed fluid medium flow to measure the volume flow rate of the compressed fluid medium. A release lever can be shifted manually for mechanical opening of the valve. A bleed releasing mechanism set inside the releasing channel and connected to the releasing lever is selectively actuated for mechanical prevention of opening of the valve by the releasing lever at the releasing lever shift. The electronic system of the dosing unit is connected to the flow meter and the bleed releasing mechanism to actuate the bleed releasing mechanism basing on the readings of the flow meter.
EFFECT: invention provides for reliable blocking of the bleed releasing mechanism at low energy intensity.
