FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: heat exchange device of thermal units comprises tubular elements, installed inside the thermal unit tightly to the walls of the its body, at the same time ends of tubular elements are plugged, and in areas of contact in the tubular element and the body there are at least two through holes for supply and drainage of the working medium, the area of every one of them is below the area of the tubular element cross section. Areas of hole joints are made tight. The device may be used in heaters, boilers, furnaces, which operate on various types of fuels, where the working medium may be gas or fluid, with convective and forced movement. Besides, the invention may be used in flues, gas flues and various industrial units, and also in process heat exchangers for cooling of hot solutions by cold water or another agent supplied into tubular elements via headers.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide for simplicity of device manufacturing, and also makes it possible to expand functional capabilities of a device with provision of heat exchange efficiency.
