FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: condensation water-heating boiler comprises a radiation, an adiabatic and a contact-recuperative parts. The radiation part is a water-heating heat-tube boiler. The contact-recuperative part comprises the following components installed under each other in one body: a nozzle of flue gases drainage, a drop catcher, a tubular heat exchanger with nozzles for supply and drain of water for hot water supply, and also a support-distributing grid. The adiabatic part that connects radiation and contact-recuperative parts comprises a header with nozzles, a buffer reservoir for control of condensate level and a nozzle of condensate drainage connected to the header with nozzles. The cavity of the adiabatic part occupied by the liquid communicates with the cavity of the radiation part by means of the liquid supply line, which comprises a pump, a controller of liquid flow and a device for liquid supply to a burner hood and its spraying in the cavity, limited with the inner cylinder and bottom of the inner cylinder of the radiation part.
EFFECT: reduced material intensity of a plant and capital costs, improved environmental properties of a boiler.
