Abstract RU 2378582 C1

FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for water heating and can be used for heating. A boiler contains a radiation part, consisting of an internal cylinder, an external cylinder, installed concentrically to the internal one with a gap, where flue pipes are installed. The external cylinder is equipped with ring bottom tube grid fixed on its bottom foundation. Over the internal cylinder there is located a cup with axial fitting, ending with a split fixed burner. External cup with axial hole is fixed to the external cylinders top foundation with a cylindrical case stiffly fixed from the top to the hole end, which is hermetically connected to the burner nozzle. Under the ring bottom tube grid internal and external bottoms are located. Contact-recuperation part is located in parallel to the radiation part and consists of combustion products withdrawal nozzles, drop catcher, tube heat exchanger, support-distribution grid and collector with nozzles located one under another. The radiation and contact-recuperation parts are connected to each other with split fixed to the ring bottom tube grit from the bottom and to the bottom part of the contact-recuperation case of a closed liquid collector, equipped with a fitting connected to a liquid supply line connected with the mentioned above collector. To the contact-recuperation case, in the top part area of the tube heat exchanger a condensate returned pipe is fixed with its one end, installed with another end into the closed liquid collector. The internal cup is stiffly fixed with its bottom foundation to the internal cylinder top foundation. Flue pipes are n-shaped and stiffly fixed to holes edges with one end, which located closer to the ring tube grid, and with another end stiffly fixed to holes edges, which is located on the ring tube grid periphery. One of the pipe edges is fixed with radius displacement, on which second pipes end is located. The ring tube grid holes edges are stiffly fixed on the internal cylinder foundation. The external bottom is stiffly fixed to the ring tube grid. Top and bottom foundations top edges are located between every flue pipe endings and sealed with the ring tube grid.

EFFECT: boiler dimensions decrease, its operation efficiency increase, convective heat exchange intensity increase and heating surfaces operation reliability increase.
