SUBSTANCE: condensation water-heating boiler comprises a radiation, an adiabatic and a contact-recuperative parts, in which the horizontally arranged radiation part representing a water-heating heat-tube boiler comprises an inner and an outer cylinders installed coaxially to form a wall to wall circular gap with smoke tubes arranged in them, bottoms of the outer and inner cylinders at one side have coaxial holes, where a nozzle with a flange is installed to connect a burner, the contact-recuperative part has the following components arranged one under the other in the same body: a nozzle of furnaces gases discharge, a drop catcher, a tubular heat exchanger with nozzles for supply of cold water and discharge of heated water for hot water supply, and also a support distribution grid, and the adiabatic part connecting the radiation and the contact-recuperative parts comprises a header with nozzles, a buffer reservoir for control of condensate level and a partition separating the adiabatic part into the "dry" and "wet" zones, differing by the fact that the body of the "dry" zone of the adiabatic part is connected in a split manner with the body of the "wet" zone of the adiabatic part, and the body of the "dry" zone of the adiabatic part has a water jacket outside. At the same time in the body of the "dry" zone of the adiabatic part and in the shell of the cooling chamber of the rotary chamber of the water-heating heat-tube boiler, arranged in the zone of furnace gases discharge from it, there are at least two holes evenly arranged along the circumference. At the same time one of these holes is arranged in close proximity from the upper generatrix, accordingly, of the body of the "dry" zone of the adiabatic part and the shell of the cooling chamber of the rotary chamber of the water-heating heat-tube boiler. At the same time holes that are closest to each other in the body of the "dry" zone of the adiabatic part and in the shell of the cooling chamber of the rotary chamber of the water-heating heat-tube boiler are connected to each other by means of overflow tubes, which are rigidly fixed by their ends to the edges of the holes. Besides, the cavity of the water jacket of the "dry" zone of the adiabatic part communicated with the wall to wall circular gap, and outside to the water jacket of the "dry" zone of the adiabatic part in its lower part there is a nozzle of heating water supply rigidly fixed.
EFFECT: higher reliability and repairability of a boiler.
