The second cover has the second open end and the second connecting part. The second connecting part has the second circular lower wall stretching outside from the second open end and the second circular side wall that surrounds the second circular lower wall. The fixing ring covers the first connecting part and the second connecting part, which are connected to each other. Connected first and second connecting parts as a whole serve as a gripping accessory for a user of the wrist trainer. Also a wrist trainer is described, where the body is used.
