SUBSTANCE: invention relates to municipal light rail-guide vehicles. Proposed coupling comprises end with buffer and end there without. Said first end comprises buffer 1, connection support 2 jointed therewith and with locating seat 3. Note here that connection support is jointed with said seat by wedge 4 of drag yoke. Said end without buffer comprises drag ring 5, connection support 2 jointed with left drag ring and locating seat 3 by drag yoke wedge 4. Dual-action buffer 1 consists of body 6, left end cover 7, right drag ring 8, elastic elements 9, central shaft 20, mid separation plate 22, bulged gasket 14, flat gasket 15 and nut 17. Central shaft 10 extends through centers of left end cover 7 and right drag ring 8. One end of central shaft 10 extends beyond left cover 7. Seta 3 comprise support plates 19, antifriction gaskets 20 and pressure plates 18.
EFFECT: mobile coupling, ease of loading and transfer in uncoupled state.
