SUBSTANCE: sealing device (1) for opening and closing of a tightly sealed container (6) includes a piercing plate (5), a rotary fastening tab (4), a cap, a hinged joint and a container skirt (3). At the same time the specified sealing device moves between the first closed position, open position and the second closed position.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to open a tightly closed container, and then close it for protection of its content against impact of environmental factors.
