FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wood processing industry and can be used in production of glued laminated materials (plywood, plywood boards, curved and flat glued workpieces). The technical result of the invention is obtaining glued laminated materials with improved environmental properties and physical-mechanical properties. The method of producing filler involves drying and grinding thereof, wherein the filler in form of liquid lignosulphonate is treated with 20% sulphuric acid solution with ratio of the mass of adsorbent to mass of acid of 1:2. The obtained mixture is stirred for 10 minutes and dried at temperature of 100°C for 6 hours.
EFFECT: adhesive composition for making laminated materials contains urea formaldehyde resin, a curing agent - ammonium chloride and filler - sulphuric acid-treated liquid lignosulphonate.
