FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to device for synthetic gas production of biomass prepared by fluidised gasification. The device includes fuel preparatory unit, wherein biomass is delivered to a coarse grinder, which is connected through is connected downstream through the first gate to a pressurised carbonisation unit in order to receive carbonised coal of biomass by hydrothermal method. At that the carbonisation unit includes at least one heater and one carbonising reactor installed downstream the heater and connected downstream through the second gate to at least one separator into solid and liquid phase for fuel preparation. Downstream the separator into solid and liquid phase there is a drier for fuel drying, which is connected to a grinder to grind fuel into powdered fuel with particle size from 55 up to 500 mcm. The device includes also a unit transporting fuel to a unit for fluidised gasification so that the fuel preparatory unit is coupled to fluidised gasification unit (22). The method for synthetic gas production of biomass by fluidised gasification with usage of the claimed device is also disclosed.

EFFECT: high energy efficiency, reduction of operation costs, potential recycling of biomass with little value with production of synthetic gas free from tars.
