FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: proposed line comprises blend bunker, binder preparation vessel and service tank communicated therewith. Bunkers and service tank are connected with blend mixer and pelleting press. Said line is equipped with belt-type cooler with pellets drying and cooling zones. Pelleting press is connected with pellets distributor and drier on loading side while drier unloading side is furnished with valve-blink light, vibrating feeder and flap gate. Pellets heating system comprises furnace with fume gas mixer, hot-blast fan, fume discharge circuit with cyclone, smoke sucker and pipe. Pellets cooling system comprises cooling air blower and waste air fan. Fume gas mixer communicates with pellets drying zone on the side of pellets discharge from said drier while drier used heat carrier outlet drying zone on pellets loading side is communicated via air duct with fume sucker and hot-blast fan. Pellets cooling zone equipped in drier on pellets discharge side is communicated with cooling air blower and furnace burner, fume gas mixer and cyclone.

EFFECT: decreased power consumption.
