FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: solid propellant rocket body of composite comprises structural all-coiled cocoon-type shell and second cocoon shell. Resilient annular wedge is fitted between structural shell bottom outer surface at equator zone and second cocoon zone. Annular slot is made at resilient wedge end face. Note here that inner surface of said slot is coated by elastic cloth while fluoroplastic film is laid inside said slot.
EFFECT: higher reliability of rocket body.
