FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of composite materials enclosures and can be used in solid-propellant rocket engine body designs. The solid-propellant rocket engine body from composite materials comprises a load-bearing cocoon-like enclosure made in continuous winding up, the second cocoon wound-up enclosure and flat cables of the onboard circuitry wound in inter-cocoon space. The aforesaid onboard circuitry cables are spaced apart over the enclosure cross section by distances calculated from the ratios protected by this invention. The space between the cables is filled by elastic rubber layers arranged over the entire length of the cylindrical part, the said layers feature a variable width equal to the inter-cable distance at appropriate radius of the given layer location.
EFFECT: higher strength and reliability of solid-propellant rocket engine body provided by uniform distribution of strains in body composite material layers in operation.
