FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: heat-resistant magnetic coupling includes hot chamber, motor chamber and sealing screen. Driven half-coupling installed on driven shaft is arranged in hot chamber. Part of drive metal shaft and drive half-coupling with a set of constant magnets, which is connected to drive shaft, is arranged in motor chamber. Sealing screen separates motor and hot chambers. Driven half-coupling represents toothed magnetic conductor made from metal referring to group of ferromagnetic materials with high Curie temperature TC, for example from iron (TC=769°C). Motor chamber is vacuumised. Vacuum gap between drive half-coupling and sealing screen serves as heat barrier integrated into magnetic coupling. Housing of motor chamber includes heat barrier, and drive shaft is equipped with liquid cooling.
EFFECT: creation of heat-resistant magnetic coupling intended for transmission of motion in hot media.
