SUBSTANCE: with one element (1) for obtaining one electric strap having the possibility of heating and provided with connection elements (16) for connection of adjacent elements (1) there is element (1) that is connected to one multilayered printed circuit-board (3), the upper electrically conducting surface (4) of which faces element (1) and has the possibility of being connected to one electric contact (15) of one charging connection element (16), and the outer side of which faces the direction opposite to element (1) and bears resistance elements (8) located between metal surfaces made as conducting paths (11) at some distance to each other. Besides, at least two conducting paths (11) strapped with resistance elements (8) have the possibility of being connected to electric contacts (15) of one charging connection element (16).
EFFECT: design of a heating element that can be laid as typical or stone floors without any additional erection costs, which is suited for being safely connected to available voltage of power grid after the laying is completed; as a result, occurrence of electromagnetic fields at meandering or arc-shaped laying of electric wires is excluded.
