SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of spherical powders for small arms and can be used charges for 9x19 mm pistol cartridge with bullet with steel core. Said charge is arranged inside encapsulated case with bullet. This charge consists of spherical powder particles sized to 0.4-0.2 mm. It is made of gun-cotton with content of nitrogen oxide of 212.8…213.8 ml of NO/r, 16…24 wt % of gun cotton, 0.4…1.0 wt % of diphenylamine, 0.1…0.7 wt % of centralite II, 0.1…0.3 wt % of graphite, 0.2…0.7 wt % ethyl acetate, 0.2…0.8 wt % of moisture, with bulk density of 0.960…0.990 kg/dm³, at mean diameter of powder elements making 0.25…0.55 mm and mean thickness of hot bed of 0.12…0.25 mm, at the following ratio of fractions, %:+ 0.2…0.4 mm - at least, 85, under 0.2 mm and over 0.4 mm - not over 15.
