FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method includes formation of filling solution drops into an ammonia settling tank for production of microspheres, ageing, washing of produced microspheres in the ammonia solution, drying and thermal treatment. At the same time the filling solution contains uranyl nitrate and solution with at least one auxiliary substance. Microspheres are separated from the settling tank in the first separator and supplied into the ammonia solution for ageing. Microspheres are sent from the solution for ageing via an unloading device into a multi-step cascade washer, in which microspheres are washed not to contain or substantially not to contain ammonium nitrate and at least one auxiliary substance contained in the microspheres. After drying the microspheres are tempered during thermal treatment, being distributed in a single layer.
EFFECT: continuity of the particle production method, stable low dispersion of their sphericity.
