FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a milk whipping device and its cleaning method. The device (1) contains an inlet pipeline (11) for receipt of milk, an inlet pipeline (15) for receipt of cleaning fluid medium, a central pipeline (13) wherein the inlet pipelines (11, 15) are connected and a pump (31) positioned in the central pipeline(13). The device cleaning (1) includes the central pipeline (13) and the milk inlet pipeline (11) filling with cleaning fluid medium. The pump (31) represents a bidirectional pump. The central pipeline (13) is filled with cleaning fluid medium by means of the pump (31) operation in one direction with the milk inlet pipeline (11) locking. The with the milk inlet pipeline (11) is filled with cleaning fluid medium by means of the milk inlet pipeline (11) opening (31) in the reverse direction. The cleaning fluid medium is directed from the central pipeline (13) into the milk outlet pipeline (11).
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the device.
