FIELD: micro-foam production.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method and device for producing a micro-foam using a channel having an inlet and an outlet. The device contains the channel having inlet (107, 110) and outlet, source of foaming liquid (101) and compressed gas (102), made with the possibility of feeding into inlet (107, 110). The channel consists of spatially oscillating channel (106) for flow, providing oscillating flow direction. Spatially oscillating channel (106) for flow oscillates relatively to the direction of mass flow. Spatially oscillating channel (106) for flow forms a sequence of flat cross-sections perpendicular to flow direction, with a subsequence of flat cross-sections perpendicular to the direction of mass flow in plane under consideration (46). The subsequence contains at least one plane (46) that does not overlap at least one other plane (46) in this subsequence. The spatially oscillating channel for flow is made without branching and repeated convergence of channels.
EFFECT: prevention of dead zones inside the channel.
