HEMODYNAMIC MONITORS AND DEVICES OF ALARM SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC A61B5/21 A61B5/24 A61B5/29

Abstract RU 2496411 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to systems of medical control. Device for hemodynamic monitoring contains processor and output device of alarm system. Processor is made with possibility of obtaining physiological parameters, which characterise heart rate and arterial pressure and calculating hemodynamic parameter in accordance with systemic vascular resistance (SVR). In monitoring method calculated quantitative hemodynamic parameter quantitatively expresses heuristic rule "quantitative measured index ABP is low AND quantitative measured index HR is a little increased or high", OR "quantitative measured index ABP is very low", and in its calculation first fuzzy variable, indicating, whether quantitative measured index HP is a little increased or high, second fuzzy variable, indicating whether quantitative measured index ABP is low, and third fuzzy variable, indicating whether quantitative measured index ABP is very low, are determined. After that, perceived signal, characterising anomalous hemodynamic state, under condition that calculated hemodynamic parameter satisfies alarm criterion, is generated. Computer-readable carrier stores commands for method implementation, and monitoring device includes display.

EFFECT: application of the invention makes it possible to extend volume of obtained information to determine indication of vasopressor interference.
