FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for measurement of patient's hemodynamic parametre by analysing pulse rate curve. Signal of pressure, measured arterially, is continuously read by means of first input channel. Read signal of pressure is temporarily stored in working memory (RAM). Central processing device (CPD) processes function p(t) in order to calculate from it volumetric rate of heart blood flow PCCO and other hemodynamic parametres. Said calculation includes the following steps: system vascular resistance SVRk for current pulse is calculated, numeric systolic volume of blood flow SVk for current pulse period is determined from values of pressure (systole) of pulse period in accordance with the following equation with compliance Ck(p)=(MAP-CVP)k/[SVRk·<dp/dt>k]·f(MAP,pi). Difference between mean arterial pressure MAP and central venous pressure CVP, as well as mean inclination of pressure curve in diastole <dp/dt> for current pulse period are re-determined. Volumetric rate of heart blood flow in current pulse period is calculated from PCCOk=SVk·HR. Thus, by means of parametres, obtained from continuously determined data of pressure measurement, continuous re-calibration of systemic vascular resistance, as well as compliance is provided.
EFFECT: ensuring stable quality of measurement data without repetition of calibration measurement by thermodilution method.
