SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the collection of medical data of vital factors. A system (100) comprises: vital factor processing unit (120) configured to receive physiological factor signals and to recover a number of episodes for at least one physical cycle from physiological factor oscillation signal; a signal quality processing unit (130) configured to receive physiological signals, to assess the quality of each oscillation episode of physiological signals, to recover the oscillation features in oscillation episodes and to generate a signal quality index showing the assessed quality of the physiological signals of each episode on the basis of the recovered oscillation features; and an oscillation labelling unit (140) configured to relate the signal quality indices to each oscillation episode of physiological signals.
EFFECT: more accurate and reliable measurement of the vital factors showing the patient's health.
