SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and concerns treating autoimmune diseases. That is ensured by presenting a method for using a combination of a benzophenol derivative representing 3-(5-(4-(cyclopentyloxy)-2-hydroxybenzoyl)-2-((3-hydroxy-1,2-benzyoxazol-6-yl)methoxy)phenyl)propionic acid, and one or more immunosuppressive agents representing antimetabolites or steroidal anti-pinflammatory drugs. As an antimetabolite, methotrexate is used, and a steroid is dexamethasone. What is also presented is a pharmaceutical composition containing the above active ingredients to provide the mentioned treatment.
EFFECT: inventions provide a synergetic effect of the declared combination of the agents manifested in treating arthritis.
