Fire-extinguishing soil-thrower-fire-break maker has mounted on the frame in front of the cutter-thrower the mechanism of embankment formation of the loosened soil. The mechanism of embankment formation can be made in the form of two concave discs or in the form of two ploughshare-dump bodies. The discs for cutting soil layers and their sliding to the center of the device aisle.
