SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machines for laying fire-prevention mineralized strips and extinguishing of forest ground fires in soil. Firefighting soil-thrower comprises a frame, milling cutters and a transmission. On the device frame there is a motor with a transfer gearbox, which is connected on one side to the driving wheels, and on the other side – to the conical reduction gear, on output shafts of which are mounted cutters-throwers arranged along edges of frame relative to each other in longitudinal direction. Before the mills with the possibility to change the position in the vertical plane the plow is fixed.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of soil-thrower operation due to soil laying under controlled deviation angle to direction of movement of both aggregate and fire edge.
